In order to establish a rental value for your property, Christopher Rawlinson & Co will visit to perform a market analysis. This takes into account factors such as the desirability of the area, local rental market trends, property condition, and comparable properties in the area to calculate the 'estimated rental value' of your property.
We then use this figure to arrive at your rental price. There is no charge for a valuation.
